Rotaract is an excellent platform to nurture impart leadership virtue into its members. And the DRR (District Rotaract Representative) is the most prestigious and responsible authority to continue this effort. -As a new Rotaractor attend RYLA and participated successfully as the Team Leader of assigned group and achieved ‘1st Best Award in communication, 1st Best Award in education, the Best Speaker in Debate Competition.’’

Rota-year 2003-2004:
-Pioneering this year as Elect President for the Rota year 2004-2005. As a trustworthy Chairman successfully organized a Regional River Cruse with more than 500 participants.
-Carry out the responsibility of a Liaison Officer in District Rotaractor’s Training Camp ( RTC ) of 2003-2004 and achieved the ‘’ Best Liaison Officer Award’’ and took participation in RTC what is the best professional development program in Rotaract District 3280.

Rota year 2004-2005:
-This is the first year of Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana after getting charter at 4th June, 2004 from Rotary International.
-As volunteer organize Rotary year launching Rally on 1st July, 2004.
-Considering the President of Dhaka Urbana organized the ‘’1st Charter Presentation & Installation Program’’ in BUET Auditorium.
-Each and every month organized several programs, projects in different avenues. A lot of joint program and meetings like 78 projects/programs done with 41 Rotaract clubs of RID-3280 which enhance the fellowship of Dhaka Urbana round the year.
-Participated almost all the district programs with a good number of club members.
-Arranged an exceptional adventure program ‘’ Challenging the Heights’’ conquest the highest mountain peak ‘’ Kewkradong’’ of Bangladesh.
-Created an example to start regular meeting in due time (4.10 pm) which was followed by other Rotaract club later.
-Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana was the best club in Dhaka division and achieved ‘’ 3rd Best Club in District, Best Bulletin, Active President Award’’ and also achieved seven zonal awards including ‘Best President & Best Club Award’.
-Attend District Official Meeting, District Assembly Uddam-04, District Installation Aarttasha-04; District River cruise Madhukor, District Awards shafollo-05, District Conference Shatabdi-05 of this year.

-Provide great effort to organize Rotary year launching Rally on 1st July, 2005.

-As dedicated Regional Representative organized for the 2nd time Regional Conference ‘’ Youth in Leadership’’.
-Introduced Monthly Award for the Regional Clubs to inspire their Rotaract activities and made a competitive environment among them.
-To remembrance and honor all Past District Rotaract Representatives picked out ‘all Regional Program name’ according to their District Theme.
-Created Transparent Award system in the Region and that made a good competition as well as satisfaction among the Regional Rotaract clubs of Mirpur.
-As figuring out the activities as committed RR District considered the ‘’ BEST REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE’’ Award for the Rota year. Also achieved Best Chairman (District Program) Award.
-As Chief Coordinator organized District Workshop on HIV AIDS.
-Organized UTSORGO’71 the prestigious Victory Day Celebration Program of Mirpur as the Chairman.
-As a coordinator arranged District Music Competition ‘Voice of Rotaract’’ in District Conference. Attend District Assembly Renew-06, District Installation Rhythm-06, District Awards Reflection-07 and District Conference Revolution-07 of this Rota year.
Rota year 2007-2008:
-As the Chairman arranged District Leadership Seminar and Joint Installation Ceremony. It was the most focused program with renowned speakers from different avenue.
-Attend District Assembly Innovation-07, District Pesets Mission -07, District Installation vision-07, District Award Shamman-08, District Conference Joy Joyontee-08 of this Rota year.
-As a Chief coordinator celebrate 40 years of Rotaract (1968-2008) by planting 40 trees hosting by 40 Rotaract clubs of Dhaka City.
-Achieved Best in International Affairs Award in the District Award giving ceremony.
Rota year 2008-2009:
-As the representative of Dhaka Urbana visited Rotaract clubs of different district all over Bangladesh. 1st Time organized a Joint Ifter Mahfil & Joint Meeting ‘’ Ahoban’’ at Mirpur. Joined in ‘irotaract’’ and enhance the club image at international level.
-Created a social web portal ‘’ www.bdRotaract.ning.com’’ for the Bangladeshi Rotarctor.
-Attend District Assembly Shekha-08, District Pesets Sruiti-08, District New Year Celebration Welcome-08, District Collar Handover Program Relay-08, District Installation Esho-08, District Award Alonkar-09’’, District Conference Tilottoma-09, District Picnic Rodela-09 of this Rota year.

Rota year 2009-2010:
It is a year of communion, forwarding & companionship. As the skipper of Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana team visited most of the Rotaract activities/ programs/ Installation/ Projects/ meetings along with the club members.

-Each and every month organized several programs, projects in different avenues. A lot of joint program and meetings like 78 projects/programs done with 41 Rotaract clubs of RID-3280 which enhance the fellowship of Dhaka Urbana round the year.
-Participated almost all the district programs with a good number of club members.
-Arranged an exceptional adventure program ‘’ Challenging the Heights’’ conquest the highest mountain peak ‘’ Kewkradong’’ of Bangladesh.
-Created an example to start regular meeting in due time (4.10 pm) which was followed by other Rotaract club later.
-Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana was the best club in Dhaka division and achieved ‘’ 3rd Best Club in District, Best Bulletin, Active President Award’’ and also achieved seven zonal awards including ‘Best President & Best Club Award’.
-Attend District Official Meeting, District Assembly Uddam-04, District Installation Aarttasha-04; District River cruise Madhukor, District Awards shafollo-05, District Conference Shatabdi-05 of this year.
Rota year 2005-2006:
-Provide great effort to organize Rotary year launching Rally on 1st July, 2005.
-As a Chairman Organized Year lunching joint Dental camp & Tree plantation.
-As the Immediate Past President & Club Editor served the movement with a great effort and helped to organize Rotaract Assembly ‘’ Dhrubo-05’’ which was the milestone of Rotaract program.
-As a Coordinator to organize another successful international program Model United Nation Assembly‘’ MUNA-05’’.
-As Chief Program Coordinator organized Joint Installation ceremony with Rotaract club of Dhaka North.
-As a Chairman organized 1st District Official Training Session (ROTADOTS) ‘’Retrivee-06’’.

Rota year 2006-2007:
-Being considering the Regional Representative (RR) carried out the responsibility of region ‘’Birsresttha Shipahi Mostafa Kamal’’ prosperously.
-Launched ‘37 Regional Program’ for activating the District and provided Best Support to operative 14 Regional Clubs under this region.
-As dedicated Regional Representative organized for the 2nd time Regional Conference ‘’ Youth in Leadership’’.
-Introduced Monthly Award for the Regional Clubs to inspire their Rotaract activities and made a competitive environment among them.
-To remembrance and honor all Past District Rotaract Representatives picked out ‘all Regional Program name’ according to their District Theme.
-Created Transparent Award system in the Region and that made a good competition as well as satisfaction among the Regional Rotaract clubs of Mirpur.
-As figuring out the activities as committed RR District considered the ‘’ BEST REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE’’ Award for the Rota year. Also achieved Best Chairman (District Program) Award.
-As Chief Coordinator organized District Workshop on HIV AIDS.
-Organized UTSORGO’71 the prestigious Victory Day Celebration Program of Mirpur as the Chairman.
-As a coordinator arranged District Music Competition ‘Voice of Rotaract’’ in District Conference. Attend District Assembly Renew-06, District Installation Rhythm-06, District Awards Reflection-07 and District Conference Revolution-07 of this Rota year.
Rota year 2007-2008:
-As the Chairman arranged District Leadership Seminar and Joint Installation Ceremony. It was the most focused program with renowned speakers from different avenue.
-Attend District Assembly Innovation-07, District Pesets Mission -07, District Installation vision-07, District Award Shamman-08, District Conference Joy Joyontee-08 of this Rota year.
-As a Chief coordinator celebrate 40 years of Rotaract (1968-2008) by planting 40 trees hosting by 40 Rotaract clubs of Dhaka City.
-Achieved Best in International Affairs Award in the District Award giving ceremony.
Rota year 2008-2009:
-As the representative of Dhaka Urbana visited Rotaract clubs of different district all over Bangladesh. 1st Time organized a Joint Ifter Mahfil & Joint Meeting ‘’ Ahoban’’ at Mirpur. Joined in ‘irotaract’’ and enhance the club image at international level.
-Created a social web portal ‘’ www.bdRotaract.ning.com’’ for the Bangladeshi Rotarctor.
-Attend District Assembly Shekha-08, District Pesets Sruiti-08, District New Year Celebration Welcome-08, District Collar Handover Program Relay-08, District Installation Esho-08, District Award Alonkar-09’’, District Conference Tilottoma-09, District Picnic Rodela-09 of this Rota year.
-Attend the international event Rotasia’09 (Rotaract south East Asian Conference) at Cox’s Bazaar.
Rota year 2009-2010:
It is a year of communion, forwarding & companionship. As the skipper of Rotaract club of Dhaka Urbana team visited most of the Rotaract activities/ programs/ Installation/ Projects/ meetings along with the club members.
-As volunteer organize Rotary year launching Rally on 1st July, 2009.
-Invited two Indian Rotaractor of Rotaract club of Hupri from RID 3170, India and provided best support to conduct their exchange program with Dhaka Urbana and other Rotaract clubs of RID 3280.
-Attend District Assembly Utshaho-09, District Pesets Ujan-09, District Coller Handover Program Uddipto-09, District Eye Camp-09, District Installation Ucchash-09, and District Official Training Program Ujjibito-09 of this Rota year. Also attend Rotary district Conference-2011.
